Glass vs. Plastic containers for Nut Butters
"The Glass container is excellent. The plastic container has an estrogen disrupter called bisphenol Alpha or Sigma that gets into the fats and alter the flavor for sensitive people like my spouse and child. I will not get the plastic container because my family will not eat the nut butter altered by the plastic taste that is also a health hazard. Please stop using plastic! It is more expensive to get eight pounds of nut butter without plastic. For anyone who has not had advanced biochemistry classes, please go to Pub Med and read about the health hazards in plastics.
