Salted Caramel Blossoms

Blossoms are a holiday fan-favorite, but have you tried our JEM Salted Caramel Almond Butter blossoms? These little cuties are soft with a little dollop of melted chocolatey goodness on top.

Salted Caramel Blossom Recipe


  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup JEM Salted Caramel Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ coconut sugar
  • 1 ¾ cup flour (we used all purpose)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp milk (we used oat)
  •  ½ butter


  • 30 Hershey kisses


  • Preheat the oven to 350 F
  • In a large bowl combine sugar, egg and room temperature butter. Use mixer and beat until well combined
  • Add in egg, vanilla extract, milk until well combined
  • In a separate bowl toss together all the dry ingredients
  • Pour the dry ingredients into the mixer and beat until just combined
  • Use a tbs to measure out dough into balls
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown
  • While cookies are baking, unwrap Hershey kisses
  • Place Hershey kisses into center of cookie right when they come out of oven
