Roasted Carrots with JEM Organics Cashew Cardamom Almond Butter
Ingredients
- 2 bushels of multi-colored carrots
- Olive oil to liking
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tbs JEM Organics Cashew Cardamom Almond Butter
Directions
- Wash carrots and cut off stems
- Wrap carrots in tin foil with olive oil and salt
- Put on a barbeque for 10 minutes and then take out of tin foil and put directly onto barbeque for a few minutes to char them a little bit
- Drizzle with JEM Organics Cardamom Almond Butter and then serve
