Heading into January it’s important to have those easy grab and go snacks! These granola bars are a new take on a classic favorite.
No Bake Naked Almond Butter Granola Bars Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup flax seed
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¾ cup JEM Naked Almond Butter
- 2 cups quick oats
- ⅔ cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper (don’t worry, you won’t have to bake them)
- Combine seeds, coconut, oats, cinnamon and salt in a bowl
- In a saucepan combine coconut oil, maple syrup and JEM Naked Almond Butter until everything is warm and melted
- Add wet ingredients to the dry and stir to combine
- If adding chocolate chips and cranberries, wait about 15-30 minutes so they don’t melt. Once cooled add chocolate chips and cranberries
- Pour mixture into baking sheet and press with a spatula. Put in the freezer for about an hour
- Take out of the freezer, cut into bars and enjoy! I store mine in the fridge because I like them cold, but you don't have to
