No Bake Naked Almond Butter Granola Bars

Heading into January it’s important to have those easy grab and go snacks! These granola bars are a new take on a classic favorite.

No Bake Naked Almond Butter Granola Bars Recipe


  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup flax seed
  • ½  cup maple syrup
  • ¾  cup JEM Naked Almond Butter
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • ⅔ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil


  1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper (don’t worry, you won’t have to bake them)
  2. Combine seeds, coconut, oats, cinnamon and salt in a bowl
  3. In a saucepan combine coconut oil, maple syrup and JEM Naked Almond Butter until everything is warm and melted
  4. Add wet ingredients to the dry and stir to combine
  5. If adding chocolate chips and cranberries, wait about 15-30 minutes so they don’t melt. Once cooled add chocolate chips and cranberries
  6. Pour mixture into baking sheet and press with a spatula. Put in the freezer for about an hour
  7. Take out of the freezer, cut into bars and enjoy! I store mine in the fridge because I like them cold, but you don't have to
