Naked Almond Butter Quiche Recipe


  • ½  cup fresh spinach
  • ¼  cup diced onions
  • ¼ cup tomatoes
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 6 beaten eggs
  • ¼  cup unsweetened plain almond milk
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup JEM Naked Almond Butter


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Mix together all the above filling ingredients.
  3. Pour the filling into mini pie tins
  4. Bake for about 25-30 minutes till fully cooked.
  5. Take out, let it cool slightly and enjoy!
