In celebration of Cinco de Mayo we added a JEM twist to some classic Mexican dishes! We love Mexican Hot Chocolate, with its kick from Chili Powder and Cinnamon and rich chocolatey flavor. We took it to the next step by adding our Chocolate Hazelnut Butter to make it even more delicious.
Mexican Hot Chocolate Recipe
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp JEM Organics Chocolate Hazelnut Butter
- ½ cup milk
- ¾ cup water
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Dash of chili powder
- In a small pot boil water, then add milk and remove when boiling.
- Add to a mug, mix in the cocoa powder, and JEM Organics Chocolate Hazelnut Butter.
- Mix in the cinnamon and chili powder until combined.
- Drink as is, or you can top with whipped cream or anything of your liking and enjoy!
