Maple Chai Overnight Oats Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats (GF)
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 scoop Primal Kitchen Chai Tea Latte Collagen Peptides (or a chai drink mix)
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 1 dash Nutmeg
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp JEM Organics Maple Pecan Hazelnut Butter
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a mason jar and mix together. Then put the lid on and put it in the fridge overnight.
