Curry Chicken Kabob

Curry Chicken Kabob


  • 4 chicken breasts (you can use any plant-protein to make vegan)
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 green bell peppers



  1. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces
  2. Cube onion and pepper (about the same size as chicken)
  3. Mix marinade (don’t worry if it gets thicker)
  4. Mix marinade with chicken in a bowl and let sit for about 2 hours
  5. Assemble your kabob on skewers
  6. Grill until chicken is cooked through
  7. Take off the grill and serve!
