These easy sweet and healthy treats are the perfect snack for anyone with a sweet tooth who is trying to eat a bit healthier this new year. Super simple, super quick. These banana bites are a great new years snack or dessert.

  1. Slice bananas into about ½ cm thick circles
  2. Spread a bit of JEM nut butter on one banana circle and sandwich with another on top
  3. Put in the fridge until the nut butter has set
  4. Melt chocolate chips either in the microwave or on the stove
  5. Dip half of the chilled banana sandwich into melted chocolate chips
  6. Put them back in the fridge until chocolate is hard and enjoy!
