These easy sweet and healthy treats are the perfect snack for anyone with a sweet tooth who is trying to eat a bit healthier this new year. Super simple, super quick. These banana bites are a great new years snack or dessert.
Banana Bites Recipe
Ingredients
- Bananas
- Chocolate Chips
- JEM Organics of your choice (we used Cinnamon Maca Almond Butter)
Directions
- Slice bananas into about ½ cm thick circles
- Spread a bit of JEM nut butter on one banana circle and sandwich with another on top
- Put in the fridge until the nut butter has set
- Melt chocolate chips either in the microwave or on the stove
- Dip half of the chilled banana sandwich into melted chocolate chips
- Put them back in the fridge until chocolate is hard and enjoy!
